Today marks the quiet beginning of a project I've been shaping for many years — a new educational framework I call the Being & Becoming Learning Framework™.
It's a response to a world overwhelmed by zero-sum competition, fragmentation, and the loss of meaning in learning.
This model invites students back to three essential dimensions:
🌱 Being — identity, belonging, inner life
🌿 Becoming — creativity, agency, future pathways
✨ Marvel — awe, interconnectedness, and the vastness of human potential
Education should help young people understand where they come from, why they're here, and who they are becoming.
This is my small contribution toward an education that dignifies the whole human being.
