It's a response to a world overwhelmed by zero-sum competition, fragmentation, and the loss of meaning in learning.
This model invites students back to three essential dimensions:
🌱 Being — identity, belonging, inner life
🌿 Becoming — creativity, agency, future pathways
✨ Marvel — awe, interconnectedness, and the vastness of human potential
Education should help young people understand where they come from, why they're here, and who they are becoming.
This is my small contribution toward an education that dignifies the whole human being.

The Being & Becoming Learning Framework™: What It Means for Learning
Yesterday, I introduced the Being & Becoming Learning Framework™ — a small step toward re-humanizing education.
Today, I want to share what this means in practice.
For too long, learning has been shaped by schedules, silos, and outcomes that leave little room for meaning. We ask students what they will become, while rarely helping them understand who they are or why they are here.
The Being & Becoming Framework is built on three simple pillars:
🌱 BEING — “Who am I?”
The foundation of learning is identity.
Belonging. Inner life. Self-understanding.
When students feel seen, they stop performing and begin connecting.
🌿 BECOMING — “What can I create?”
Learning as authorship.
Agency, imagination, and the courage to shape one's path.
Becoming isn't a destination — it's the energy of growth.
✨ MARVEL — “How wide is the world?”
The joy of awe.
The night sky, human ingenuity, the interconnectedness of disciplines.
This is the spark that makes learning feel alive.
Education should not reduce young people to categories, test scores, or pathways.
It should help them unfold — freely, creatively, and consciously.
This is the kind of learning environment our world now needs: one where Being, Becoming, and Marvel are not luxuries, but essentials.
